With the funding support (SPF21-22/A3/ITC03), the ai-FaMe Lab is pleased to present the outcomes of the "Fashion Metaverse Lab: The Metaverse for Fashion Business and Design Education" teaching project for the academic year 2022/23, showcasing the remarkable fashion metaverse (FaMe) projects created by PolyU SFT students.
This project was designed to equip SFT students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the emerging fashion metaverse landscape. Specifically, it guided students in developing the essential expertise needed to craft 3D digital fashion items and construct virtual fashion environments within the Zepeto metaverse platform. Drawing inspiration from their chosen luxury fashion brands, BA students from ITC3224E and ITC4058R not only designed imaginative luxury products but also formulated business proposals to redefine store experiences and engage with consumers in the metaverse.
